Creatine works through daily saturation — consistency matters more than perfect timing. Don’t worry about skipping the occasional day, but the every-day habit is what drives the result.

Mix with 300–500ml cold water
Shake or stir for 10 seconds. Micronized creatine dissolves cleanly in cold water — no grit, no separation. Drink within ~10 minutes for the cleanest taste.
