Can I take Dosys on rest days?
Yes — and you should. Creatine saturation is built through daily consistency, not training-day dosing. Rest days, sick days, travel days: same stick, same time. Skipping a day doesn’t undo your progress, but the saturation drops slowly over a week or two.
Will I retain water or bloat from creatine?
Most users don’t notice it. The 1–2% intracellular water increase from creatine happens inside the muscle, not under the skin — so it doesn’t show up as facial puffiness or visible weight gain. You may see a temporary 0.5–1kg scale increase in the first 2–3 weeks; that’s water inside the muscle, not fat.
