We want you to love Dosys. If you're not completely satisfied with your first order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us at hello@dosys.co within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order — you can keep the box.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@dosys.co with your order number before the 14-day period ends. We will reimburse the full amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used for your order.
For health and hygiene reasons, food supplements that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal unless they are defective. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies to opened products.
How to return an item
Email hello@dosys.co with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we have received your return or proof of return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
